Hello.
Been using OBS for a little while now, but I've been unable to get a really crisp and clear image for my recordings. I have made a few videos, and they lack that clarity that I see in many other videos. Now, I've come here to see if I can't get some help on this front.
I don't mean to advertise my channel or any other channel, so I apologize in advance, but this is the best way that I can get the point across.
My video:

Comparison video (just skip ahead to the gameplay around the 11 minute mark):

They are both at 1080p, running at 60 FPS, and you can clearly see that there is a big difference in clarity. Despite being different games, it's the recording that is the point here.
My set-up:
Intel i7-5820k
ASUS GTX 980
16GB RAM
Windows 10 64 bit
My OBS settings:
Encoding:
- Encoder x264
- Use CBR checked
- Enable CBR padding checked
- Quality balance 8
- Use Custom Buffer size unchecked
- Max Bitrate 5000
- Buffer Size 5000
Broadcast Settings:
- File output only
- Replay Buffer length 1
Video:
- Base Resolution: Custom checked 1920x1080 16:9
- Resolution Downscale None
- Filter Bilinear
- FPS 60
Advanced:
- Use Multithreaded Optimizations checked
- Process Priority Class Normal
- Scene Buffering time 700 miliseconds
- x264 CPU Preset veryfast
- Encoding Profile high
- Keyframe interval 0
- Use CFR checked
- Custom Encoder Settings unchecked
- Encode in Full Range unchecked
I haven't done anything in Quick Sync Encoder as it's completely grayed out, but this should be everything that doesn't pertain to audio or file output locations.
OBS capture log: http://pastebin.com/st8xTC9L
I would appreciate any assistance you can give me, and if you need more information, please ask!
Edit: Added in a log, incase something jumps out at you in there.
