Question / Help unable to download 17.0 due to writing error

when i to download version 17.0 on windows 10 it says it cant write a file and im not sure why

I fixed this problem by deleting everything then reloading it. turned out a data cache had been left over and it was stopping the process all together. And its the exact same one its trying to write.

This error means OBS is still running. Close OBS before installing a new version.

thank you it did work and my videos are no longer laggy/glitchy
