Unable to change resolution on capture device

I want to make my camera resolution comically low for a joke, but I can only pick one of two resolution options.

When I try to type in a specific resolution, it doesn't do anything.

Probably you need to install the program which comes with the camera (updated).

I neglected to mention that I am running on a bootcamped macbook.
As far as I know there is no software.
