Question / Help Unable to change Output Resolution. Selection is grayed out.

I'm trying to stream on 1080p but I was unable to change Output Resolution. The selection/dropdown list is grayed out. I tried running OBS 25 as Administrator without any success. It says "video output is currently active. Please turn off any any outputs to change video settings" but streaming and recording is NOT active. Please help. Thank you in advance.

Do you have the NDI plug-in & is the output active?
