Unable to capture video from Roku 4 player

Hi All,
I have Roku 4 and trying to capture video from it. However I am seeing rainbow screen instead of my Roku device's video.
I have attached device info screenshot and log from obs. please have a look and help me to solve it.

Have you tried a different video source (like another computer/laptop or maybe mobile device with HDMI out adapter, etc)?
Troubleshooting 101 - identify if it is a bad capture card or if trying to capture anything from Roku will be a challenge due to copy protection (DRM) technologies

I connected my set of box through same HDMI and Video capture card and that was working.

Ok, so capture card likely fine
Next idfea that occurs to me is Roku (vs settop (coax/cable?) box ) is the auto-negotiation of resolution. It could be that the settop box doesn't try to auto-negotiate (and/or is configured to use a specific resolution output)
- Have you tried configuring the Roku to ONLY output a resolution, frame rate, etc that the capture card can handle? Or, This may be a case of needing to set up the Roku app so you can configure the Roku over your network when connected to capture card (ie adjust settings on Roku when you can't see the output because connected to capture card)??
