Question / Help Unable to Capture Monitor 1 & 3

OK so when I try to capture Monitor 1 which normally looks like this:

I instead get this in OBS:

This just recently started happening, I have uninstalled / reinstalled the graphics drivers for NVIDIA currently running 344.48.

The connection to the GFX card is DVI > HDMI Adapter, HDMI and DVI
My previous connection was DVI, DVI, HDMI

Anyway, I really don't understand why that would make a difference unless OBS can't hook multiple HDMI signals.

There is a bug with Monitor capture in the current release, its already fixed but there was no new release yet. You can grab the developing branch of OBS though if you want, but you will have to manually go back to the release branch later.
