UI Scaling on high DPI monitors

This isn't an issue I have with recording or capturing, but UI in OBS doesn't scale on monitors with a high DPI. My computer monitor is 2880x1620, so most applications are scaled by Windows 10 so that text and images appear larger than their actual dimensions.
This is what the window looks like when it is scaled using high DPI scaling options. All the interactions with the monitor and recordings is predictable and stable, but text is cut off. While recording, the stats at the bottom right are cut off and therefore unreadable; the buttons and windows under the preview are a bit small for the text.

Without dpi scaling on, the window is just too small, and has other issues, including strange interactions with the preview window and the listed monitor resolution. In the picture, you can see that the mouse is too big in the preview, but it also wasn't in that location on the screen when I took the screenshot, i.e. OBS thinks my resolution is something other than what it is, and it is acting strangely.

I've attached all logs made while making the images in this post.

On a side note, I would like to be able to drag the scene and source list windows to be any size I want, and be able to position the stats where I want on the bottom of the window.

I'm having this problem on my 2880x1620 sony vaio. I'm not a OBS wiz, but I think there is more issues related to the screen size, although I set my resolution to the afformentioned, it will only ever record about 1/4th of my monitor (upper left corner) a problem I do not have on my other low res computer.

I have a buddy that wanted to use OBS, but the UI scaling makes it impractical on his 4k laptop display. Proper UI scaling would be great.
