I have an issue with OBS UI if I open OBS on my 4k display. (Scale 150%)
On my second 2K display, there are no such bugs. (Scale 100%)
Examples:
1. In almost all dialogs;

2. In almost all menus;

3. In a taskbar

4. In main menu

And this is not all. Is there any suggestion how to fix it?

This can reduce number of followed questions:

...anyway,

1) Custom UI themes may help.

2) Plugins always out of the scope. You cannot predict how UI elements will look - styles can be overridden by creator of the plugin, may has non-standard icons etc.

3) For old OBS (v27+) I knew only few UI themes that attempted to support high DPI for display devices, it was named "Phos" and "Dark_accessibility" (was renamed to "Dark (22px)") you may try to look how they were made and make your own theme.
Latest OBS uses Qt internal rendering mechanics to support high DPI display devices. It is strange that main menu has this look.
Is this default OBS theme?
