Question / Help Ubuntu streaming issues (Video Artifacts)

Hello Guys,

i installed today Ubuntu fresh on my Streaming PC and installed OBS and before the FFMPEG.
But i got while i streaming some Video Artifacts.

Does anyone know what i can/should change?

Got it already, it was the downscale converter (Lanzcos) and not installed Nvidia Drivers that caused that Image.
But with Bicubic it was fine just the 1 Downscale Filter wanted that Drivers what is a little bit strange. :(
