OS version: Ubuntu 24.04.1
Graphics card: NVIDIA Geforce RTX 3050
Kernel: 6.8.0-47
OBS version: 30.0.2.1-3build1

I get this error when I click "Start Recording" while using the NVENC Encoder -- "NVIDIA NVENC H.264 (FFmpeg)"
> Failed to open NVENC codec: Generic error in an external library
I've verified that my graphics card has NVENC included, and I'm using the latest version of the NVIDIA drivers that are available. If I run `nvidia-smi` I see this:

NVIDIA-SMI 550.107.02 Driver Version: 550.107.02 CUDA Version: 12.4
```
