fresh installa of Ubuntu 22.04 and OBS 27.2.4. adding stats dock is possible but not dockable. in general if you leave a dock undocked you can't dock it anymore. this happens only in Wayland session. if I enter Xorg session on the same Ubuntu 22.04 installation i can use dock as usual.
