Question / Help U get to pick my settings!

Okey, I'll be completely honest. I've been trying to get as good graphics as possible I've tried everything from 1080p, 60fps to 540p and 10fps. But any setting I go with theres always the same problem the stream lags / stuttering. My game dosnt my pc is good enough to handle it heres the specs.

i7 7700k
GTX 1070 8gb
24gb ram

Sigh.. I've tried for hours.

Try 720p at 60fps at 5000kbps and put your encoder as Hardware. Try that and see how you go.
