two video sources, show 1 as PiP only when 2 has signal

Hello everybody,

I have two HDMI sources on my Windows notebook and I want to do the following for a livestream:
- when both sources are not black (= they are sending something) than source 1 should be fullscreen, source 2 picture-in-picture in the angle
- when source 1 is not sending anything, then source 2 should be fullscreen

Is this possible with OBS by using an automation? Should work without any manpower behind during the livestreaming.
