Two scenes, two video files?

I'm not sure if OBS currently supports saving two scenes into different video files. I've been messing with the settings trying to find out. Currently no luck. I can only get the multiple scenes to save to one video file, and when i switch scenes the saved video shows the switching of the scenes. Ideally I want webcam video saved, and game capture video saved out into seperate files. Figured I'd ask and see before I did a smidge of reformatting.
