Hi
My native screen resolution is 1680x1050, and that's the resolution I run my games in.
Question about the Video section under options in OBS.
I was wondering if there is an advantage or disadvantage in regards to CPU usage if I use option 2 instead of option 1?
I am currently using option 1.
Option 1 - Base resolution: 1680x1050 - Resolution Downscale: 1.50 : 1120x700
Option 2 - Base resolution: 1280x720 - Resolution Downscale: None/0 : 1280x720
Second question:
When I set up a new game, I first add the game to global sources as a game capture and then under sources add it as a global source.
Is there any point in doing it like that, or can I just add the game as a game capture directly under sources.
