Okay so I have a dedicated PC for streaming. I recently factory reset it and for some reason the actual obs is locking up before I record or stream. It's automatically dropping frames left and right without doing anything except opening the application. My dedicated streaming PC is an i7-4400k with a gtx 760. Avermedia ExtremeU3 Capture device. It did work fine at one point recording at 1080@60fps but I've been trying to troubleshoot this for a few days and its driving me mad here is the most recent log
EDIT: FIXED.
The problem with avermedia is there are two downloads one for the actual device and the recentral. I assumed that since recentral connected it to obs as to be able to view my gaming pc on my streaming pc I had the correct drivers that is NOT the case you need two downloads.
