Two OBS instances: First instance lock all input devices!

Hello friends:

I'm executing two OBS instances using "obs64.exe --multi warning". I have 3 input devices (two HDMI capture cards and one USB webcam). The problem is all devices is locked by first OBS. I can configure and view devices on first OBS, but on second OBS instance all devices selected is black screen.

I need two instances because I need to stream one OBS with Caputre Card 1, and other OBS with Capture Card 2 and Webcam. If the first OBS lock all devices, the other instances are unusable.

I'm using OBS version 29.0.0 and Windows 11 (Ryzen 7, Geforce RTX 3050 ti, 16 Gb Ram and SSD HD).

I will appreciate any kind of help.

Capture device access is exclusive. A capture device can only be accessed, if no other process is using it. This is a windows limitation, not obs.

To share to other OBS use NDI or Teleport plugin.

Koala and Tomasz, thank for your replies, but, please, re-read my question..., what they have answered has nothing to do with what I ask.

I'll say it simpler...

1) I have (by example) one USB webcam and one camera capture.
2) I open OBS in multi mode and configure it ONLY for webcam, and I broadcast on youtube with only that webcam.
3) I open OBS again in multi mode (second instance), and I try to configure it with camera caputre (I want to broadcast on youtube with only camera capture)..., well, YOU CAN'T, the first instance of OBS lock all input devices (even if they are not being used). I can't now broadcast with 2 different cameras in 2 youtube independent channels because first OBS now lock all devices.

I do not want to broadcast in multiple instances with same camera (as they have answered), I want to broadcast with 2 OBS instances but each one with one different camera. The problem is that now you can't.

It could also be due to a Windows update and not OBS, but whatever, it affects OBS badly.

I run 3 obs instances with BMD Quad HDMI, i connect 3 cameras to one capture card.
All 3 instance working independences, but i got 3 copies in diffrent folder and got portable mode.
Put here logs file from all instances.
