So i have two internet connections
One is DSL and i get great ping for gaming but its 6M/800K (its free)
so I bought a 2nd highspeed cable to download/stream with its 40/10.
I have binded OBS to the IP of the Cable but it caps out at 650~K
is there an alternate setting im suppose to switch?
I check twitch and it runs stable and video quality is meh... and my game stays a solid 20ping
so it feels like its using the second but capping like its on the other.
