Two capture devices on Mac Mini

I have two Mac Minis (a 2013 and a 2018). I want to stream my songwriting and production from my DAW in one computer with a camera feed.

Has anyone used two capture devices in an older Mac Mini? It would be the HDMI feed into one capture device and the camera HDMI feed into the second.
