Two Cameras, Two different Videos , Two OBS Instances ok?

Hi and thank you for reading this..My requirements are very simple, we have a Comedy club with two cameras on TWO different stages. We need two different video recordings ,one for each stage and not together or mixed. Do I have to open two instances of OBS? Remember I need two separate Recordings, one of each stage and not together, mixed etc...(Laptop, windows 10 PC)
