two cameras #1 works #2 won't.

i have 2 cameras set up . both show in on screen. but when i go to pan , tilt one works fine but the other just continues to move when i release my joystick. what am i doing wrong?

Yo tengo un problema parecido. No puedo usar mi capturadora y webcam al mismo tiempo, la computadora si me reconoce ambos dispositivos sin embargo si uso la webcam no me proyecta lo de la capturadora y viceversa. No se si alguien sepa que pueda ser o como puedo solucionar ese problema.
 
Your problem is likely that the webcam and capture device are on the same USB bus and there isn't enough bandwidth for both
