Question / Help Two bugs: Stuck on "Stopping Recording" and can't hook League exe

Hello, I'm pretty new to OBS and I was trying to record some League of Legends games (not streaming).

I ran into a couple problems when trying to do so:

1. OBS is stuck on "Stopping Recording" after I finish the session and press "Stop recording". It gets stuck in this state forever (I've kept it on overnight a couple times to check.) When I press "Stopping Recording" again to force the recording to stop, I'm finding that sometimes a large portion of the recording is cut off (last ~30 minutes). This doesn't always happen, but when it does, it's very annoying.
2. I have my sources set up with my League Client as a Window Capture source and my League game as a Game Capture source. Sometimes, the Game Capture doesn't properly capture the game, so OBS doesn't record the actual gameplay, it gets stuck on recording my client instead.

I tried looking up the issue but since I don't know how to read my logs, I'm not sure which of the answers I found actually apply and I'm wary of changing my set up without actually knowing what's going on.
