Question / Help TwitchAlerts Stuttering

Hello everybody!

I've got the problem, that my TwitchAlert sounds are stuttering. To find here at 00:09:04
https://www.twitch.tv/bazomg/v/83026653

In OBS stream-preview everything seems to be okay and the notification sounds correctly, but in twitch stream it's kinda different.
Any suggestions?

Does the problem persist with obs studio?
