Question / Help Twitchalerts sound not working

when I use a .ogg sound file in twitchalerts I can hear the sound in OBS
but when I use a .mp3 sound file I can't...

I tried 1.0.6 (Stable) and 1.0.10 (Experimental)...same result with both...
