Question / Help Twitch wanting CBR on when it is already on & other things?

After getting my image to appear correctly in the stream, I've run into what 'seems' to be a problem I can't fix, and it almost seems as if Twitch is just saying my settings are incorrect, they need to be changed and my 'red' coloured view count says 'offline' then goes away? So I assume Twitch is just not letting me go live. Idk.

It says that it wants my keyframe interval set to 2 or w/e. So I searched Google first and came accross a few posts but older posts. A moderator just said to select 'CFR'. So I did. I also have CBR selected and on, but Twitch claims they aren't? I don't get it. I've refreshed endless times, and restarted the stream a bunch of times.

I'll repeat it in bold for people that don't understand - I selected 'CFR' and it is on. I have CBR and IT is on.. It just seems some people on these forums don't read everything that people say and just spit out quick 'fixes' that do not work.

Keyframe Interval can be found in the Advanced settings, where you enabled CFR, set that to 2 or lower, but not 0.
Also make sure you are not dropping frames as this will hinder the twitch detection of correct settings (their "detector" is, lets say it friendly, pure shit).
You can also try different twitch servers but if you keep getting "settings are incorrect" please post us your latest logfile so we can take a look at that.

PS: OBS is a free software and most people on here are community guys, everyone can answer and try to help everyone, so please accept that its sometimes hard to give the perfect answer on the first "try". Especially when most people do not offer half the infos we need to give them a better answer.

A recent log file would be useful. If you're still using the same basic settings from your last topic (aside from enabling CFR/enabling CBR/setting your keyframe interval correctly) then the issue is probably that you have a bunch of late/discarded frames. An A8-3500M really isn't powerful enough for streaming at 720p let alone 1080p, especially not on the medium preset, so with lines like

23:09:58: Total frames encoded: 336, total frames duplicated: 75 (22.32%)
23:09:58: Number of frames skipped due to encoder lag: 47 (13.99%)

23:09:41: Total frames encoded: 1862, total frames duplicated: 744 (39.96%)
23:09:41: Number of frames skipped due to encoder lag: 558 (29.97%)

23:08:37: Total frames encoded: 1069, total frames duplicated: 1012 (94.67%)
23:08:37: Number of frames skipped due to encoder lag: 1004 (93.92%)

then it's not out of the ordinary for Twitch to complain about your settings.

It must be dropped frames etc. My Laptop is pretty bad for streaming. I get a new PC that's going to be pretty fair for that job, so I'll just wait till then but thank you.
