For the last few weeks, my twitch stream has been having an issue with the video freezing, yet audio never skips a beat. I believe it is happening on both desktop and mobile. If you are on mobile you can hit the little gear icon and change the video setting to "Source" instead of "Auto" and it will stream flawlessly.
Last night i tried a full reinstall of OBS, even deleting all application folders and set the entire thing up from scratch again, yet the problem persists. All of the settings i have are set to the twitch requirements as outlined in the red text that tells you what to change and automatically optimize.
I have it set to 3500kbps, 1920x1080, no downscaling, and using NVENC as the encoder. I have an EVGA 760. The twitch dashboard shows the stream quality as excellent. Also im not sure if there is a correlation between using the 32 or 64 bit version. Im currently running on 64bit windows 8.
If you need log files let me know where to find them and i will post those as well.
Any help would be greatly appreciated :-)
