Question / Help Twitch Thumbnails

On all of my recorded videos on twitch they all have a gray thumbnail, is there a way to change that? I'm not sure if it's because despite having the game already open when i start streaming, the vods always have a black screen for the first 5-10 seconds despite having audio. Is this some issue with delay or something?
