Seems it does not support cyrillic.

That's sad but true
Doesnt work for me either in cyrillic, had to change all titles to latin letters
Log says: "Channel hasn't updated yet, trying again in 2 seconds"
Now it works

I feel like you're a bit lost, are you using OBS Classic or OBS Studio?

Tbh, i'm also lost :/

i installed my OBS Studio (StreamElements) to

C:\Program Files (x86)\StreamElements

from there i got the folders \bin, \data and \obs-plugins

\bin and \obs-plugins have a subfolders named x64.

\data got \libobs, \obs-plugins, \obs-scripting and \obs-studio


it's not that clear how to install this plugin :(

The version you are trying to install is for OBS Classic NOT OBS Studio. There is a MAJOR difference between the two. It's not "user friendly" to install it for OBS Studio.
