Question / Help Twitch streaming stuttering

Hello

So I am streaming to Twitch via my PC and monitoring the stream with my tablet (Galaxy Tab S). I am streaming CS:GO and it seems that every 10s - 1m the stream stops for a moment and then continues on until the next time this happens. I've tried a lot of things but nothing seems to resolve the problem. Here is more info:

Intel i7 950 @ 3.07Ghz
Nvidia GTX 750
16GB DDR3 RAM

Stream eens naar Frankfurt. Want je ping naar Amsterdam is 800 en heb ik zelf ook last van. 800+ naar Amsterdam. Denk dat Amsterdam server nogal kapot is.
 
Use constant bitrate, and set your bitrate lower than 3500 to allow more people to watch. 2500 is a good amount.
