Question / Help Twitch streaming PC monitor and TV XboxOne

Is it possible to stream Xbox One games using OBS on a PC while playing on a TV?
I have windows 10 and cannot get OBS to recognize any other sources besides the PC monitor.
Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated!

You need a GOOD capture card to do what you want.

I was under the impression that with windows 10 I wouldn't need a capture card?

You can display capture with the xbox app in the foreground, but picture quality suffers massively if you do. You're better off with the capture card.

Okay, thanks for the help I'll try using a capture card. I can't get OBS to display capture the Xbox app anyways.
