Question / Help Twitch Streaming Help!!

ok so this is my problem. Ive set everything up they way it should be and i hit the start stream button and it goes and then i go to my stream and i see what i doing right there but then i ask a friend to check it and he says that theres nothing there and it says im offline plz help thank you
