Does it depend to my OBS settings how much quality the user can select for my stream or does it also depend on my computer, because at the moment i am new to obs and i have install it on a windows vps server and i see only 240p for my twitch stream i would like to offer at least 480p for my twitch stream but i dont find out how i must make the settings in obs or is my vps computer not able to make 480p how can i find out?
