Question / Help Twitch Stream Laggy. Please Help!

Hello everyone, i have a laggy stream and im using obs. Im streaming straight from my pc.
Specs:
i5 3570k 3.5ghz
4.00gb ram :/
nvidia gtx 660 2gb superclocked
these are the main specs i think you need

I want a 720p stream at least 30fps

What server are you streaming to?

If you are streaming to a server that is too far away, it's going to lose information - and thus stutter/lag.

EDIT: Download JTVping http://www.teamliquid.net/staff/R1CH/JTVPing.zip
Find out which server is closest to you, and set OBS to that server in the broadcast settings.

Is your graphics card and CPU overheating at all?
You state you have "superclocked" your GPU, which really makes me worry about the temps.
Run a temperate checker while streaming, if you're temps are fine, it's probably the lack of RAM.
