Use constant bit rate (CBR) CBR active /// Use padding active

Max Bitrate 2000 /// buffer size 2000

video

base resolution

Custom /// 2560x1440 Aspect ratio 16: 9

Resolution downscale No
Filter Bilinear (fastest)

You aren't going to be able to stream 1440p on 2000kbps. 2000 isn't enough for 1080p; it's mostly-workable for 720p.

Post a logfile. We really do need it, why it asks for one when you open a thread in Questions& Help.
2000kbps will minimize viewer buffering, but there's a good chance that your CPU is causing the problem with the encoding task you're asking of it.

1- Set your webcam up as a Global Source.
2- Set your Audio bitrate to 96 or 128kbps. With AAC, there's absolutely no need even for 256kbps, much less 320. No one will hear any difference, and you'll shave off a large chunk of bitrate that could be causing buffering.
3- Resolution Downscale in Settings->Video by 2, to 1280x720 using Bilinear (since it's a power-of-2 it should look fine).
4- Raise your Scene Buffering time to 700 in Settings->Advanced. It's set to 60 at the moment which is going to cause MAJOR problems.

Yeah, with those four things, I'm not surprised at all that you're having problems.

Can you post a link to a VOD? If it only happens while live, your viewer may just have bandwidth or routing issues to the Twitch server providing your data. The log isn't showing any more significant issues (at the end, after the changes were made).
The only thing I can think of would be that people have had significant problems with Killer NICs in the past, but if the VOD doesn't show the pausing, that isn't it.

I'm seeing no stutter or lag in your VODs, or the stream. It's your viewers' connection now. The only thing you could do would be to go to an even lower bitrate, and resolution to match.
