Question / Help Twitch stream hanging/lagging

First, go in to your advanced settings and change "Scene buffering time" from 400 to 700.
Everything else seems fine though. How many viewers are reporting this? If they're having a hard time watching the stream, you could just have an unideal server for their connection.

Stream is still freezing up every few seconds. At a loss as to why this is happening off and on.

Yeah I keep my stream up on my second monitor. I just went back and watched every test video I did last night (which all lagged while I recorded/played them back last night) and there was no lag today. Not sure if Twitch finally did something (I kept clicking the wrench and reporting the video lagging) or what. I also tried streaming on hitbox.tv and had the same issue so I am completely baffled.

Took the advice from chat and didn't keep my stream up on my second monitor, and the same hang ups still happened.
