Hey, I have a problem. I can't achieve twitch stream without buffering/freezing. I tried everything. Maybe I set bitrate too high or smth? I try to stream cs go on 1920x1080 downscaled to 720p. I ask u for help. This is my spec:
CPU: i5 3470k
GPU: gtx 760
NET: 150down/15up
