Thanks in advance for any and all help. I just started streaming from a new pc and about every ten or so minutes I have to restart the stream because it freezes on the twitch end even though it is still running on my end in obs studio. I attached the log file for the longest continuous stream from that day and here is the last log file on my obs.

Guys I am still having the same issue. I tried adjusting the bitrate but it had no effect. Am I asking an impossible question that has to do with my internet provider. Any help would be so greatly appreciated.

I did that already. It told me 10000+ kbps at 30 ms with quality 100 on two servers. I have already switched between the two to see if one of them might be overloaded. Spectrum is my isp and I have 300 mbps service. Twitch inspector tells me that the stream is excellent with a stable 2,443kb/s. Is there some other reliable program to test my isp for problems?

Also I watched my ethernet connection in the task manager of windows 10 for like 20 minutes to make sure while I did a test stream that the signal did not go under the 2.5 upload while under the load of the same game I have been playing on stream. Everything there seems fine as well.

when will start your next stream? i will watch it for 20min - when there is no crash its not your or twitch fault // maybe ur viewers have bad internet
