Hello, I've exhausted every option i could find on this forum and google to try and straighten this out. First I tried lower resolutions and fps and bitrate, then higher res/fps/bitrate, different video encoders etc. Uninstalled my antivirus, updated all drivers, tested my upload speed via a link i found somewhere here, and used a twitch server test app to dial in the best one, flushed dns and changed to public dns address. Um... so here's a log.
Twitch stream Freezes every few seconds for 10 seconds at a time
