I have a 2015 MacBook Pro 2.2 GHz quad core intel core i7 processor with 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 memory and intel iris pro 1536 MB graphics.
I’ve been trying to find good settings to stream on twitch. I got a Ethernet cable but the stream still doesn’t even stream at 30 FPS it streams closer to 20. Are there any settings I can do to at least allow my stream to get to 720 FPS without being laggy?
