Question / Help Twitch stream blackbars question

I got a 19 inch monitor and Im using 1280x1024 resolution as my main resolution in windows and in OBS aswell, when I start my stream I got blackbars on left and right side, what can I do against this, is it cause my monitor or do I have some settings wrong ?
