Twitch stream always disconnects for a few seconds. Internet is fine

Hello I've been streaming with OBS for many years and this is my first post on this forum. As of a few months ago, my streams tend to always disconnect at a certain point, putting my stream at the disconnection protection screen for a few seconds until the stream comes back. They used to happen within the first 30 min, but now they occur at any point, but still without fail at every stream. The rest of my internet is fine and at some point, I multi-streamed to YouTube as well and the stream didn't disconnect there. I'll attach my log file of my latest stream that disconnected near the end. I am no expert or even opened a log file from OBS before, but I assume the issue was around 20:19.

Any help would be appreciated and please let me know if there is any other info I can provide!

Thank you for providing a log.

1. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause issues with OBS. We recommend disabling it via these instructions. Be sure to restart after disabling it.
2. Run OBS as Admin.
3. Display, Game and Window Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene (Main Layout and Free Layout).
4. Current bitrate 7500kbps exceeds max video bitrate limit 6000kbps. This may result in the streaming service not displaying the video from your stream or rejecting it entirely. It could also be contributing to your 0.1% dropped frames.
5. Your log contains streaming sessions with dropped frames. This can only be caused by a failure in your internet connection or your networking hardware. It is not caused by OBS. I would start with going to Settings > Advanced > Network > Enable "Dynamically change bitrate." [OK] > [Apply]. Do that before you start streaming. If still having issues, follow the troubleshooting steps at: Dropped Frames and General Connection Issues.

If still having issues, provide a new log.
