I tried to live stream it with my current settings but its very choppy and it freezes a lot. I also get a CPU usage warning and the screen freezes. It only happens with cs:go though because I can stream minecraft with the same settings with little to no problems. Anyone have any ideas of what I can do so I can bring entertainment with cs:go? Thanks for the help in advanced.

My specs are:
8 GB DDR4
R7 360
AMD FX-6300 Vishera 6-Core 3.5 GHz
Windows 10 64-bit

65.42 Mbps Down
4.22 Mbps Up

my current settings are:

your settings are horrible.

downscale to 720. set fps to 30 and preset back to veryfast. next set BOTH bitrate and custom buffer to 2500.

Note that CS:GO is a cpu intensive game and to keep it from overtaking slower AMD CPUs it is best to NOT use CS:GO launch options. in other words, remove any launch options for CS:GO like -high and -threads. Both of these commands will cause issues with mutlithreading apps like OBS.

Lastly, post your logfile:

Sorry, didn't know that was needed. Here you go: https://gist.github.com/293be0a2f1fc08233564

Please fix the issues I mentioned above then post another log. also, for best performance, remove the window capture and make a game capture for CS:GO. no special items needed for this just make sure that there is just the one game capture and not a window capture.

I'm guessing that you didn't check the launch options I mentioned as well?

is the native resolution of your monitor 1776x1000? if so, get as close as posible. 666p? if not then set OBS to the native resolution of your monitor, common is 1920x1080
It is native 1776x1000. I will try 666p 30fps and get back to you in a few minutes. I appreciate the help. Also I did look for launch options and there was none added.

Newest log file: https://gist.github.com/08e99886bcd98cae83aa Seems to not be freezing but its moving at around 15-20 fps. It also added black borders around the csgo source. If you want to see it yourself my twitch is WristyTheMod.
First, uninstall Gaming Evolved (aka Raptr)
Set preset to veryfast
set bitrate AND buffer to 2500 I thought I said this before.

In game turn down your MSAA to 2x

EDIT: While you're at it, turn settings back down to reasonable settings in CS:GO

I did all of that and its running smoothly now, but it has black boarders around the csgo game. How do I change that? Is it with the resolution?

By the way, what is wrong with Raptr?
