Question / Help Twitch registers my stream but doesnt show the feed

Alright i may or may not have titled this right so bear with me. I can stream just peachy off my console but after setting up my new machine to stream via the PC (still console gameplay using avermedia LGP Lite) and setting up OBS to conform with the settings Twitch ask for, I hit start streaming, the Twitch dashboard registers my stream (says quality is excellent) tells my followers that im live, hell even posts to my twitter too but will not display my gameplay. All it does is show the "Offline" image you get to set in your profile. It does however archive my broadcasts to my VOD so its obviously hitting Twitch just not being live for my viewers. Changed my streamkey a dozen times to no avail. I read that i should set my bit rate to a max of 2k because it caps out at this if you are not partnered? did that anyway and no change. Doing my head in this is. I've emailed Twitch to see if they know anything seeing as, to me anyway, it seems like a fault/restriction on that end but i am far from an expert. Different servers didnt work either so now im stumped and have come to visit you Gods among men (and women) for advice. Current log attached.

Ok so i continued my search for a solution and i found a guy who had the same issue, it took 3 months for his to be sorted. I dont have that long so i hope it fixes itself sooner than that or we can wave bye bye to the charity stream in august. Thanks to anyone who atleast read this. If Twitch respond with anything useful i'll update
