Twitch Output shaky and pixeled

I just got back into streaming today, and when I checked my stream on twitch it has a strange shake that I've never seen before. My end on OBS seems to be just fine. I wondering if it's an output problem, and if there's anything I can try. As far as I know all of my settings are the default.

You have multiple game captures involved. Check this.
Furthermore: Check base and output resolution. There is an strongly unusual resolution in y direction. So no usual aspect ratio.
