Question / Help Twitch only displays the "Best" option

I am using Open Broadcaster to stream on Twitch.tv. Even though I am using the options for 720p, Twitch only displays the option for "Best" for the resolution. Other streams often have the option for 480p, 720p, and 720p+. Are there any settings I am missing on Open Broadcaster or Twitch to lock my stream in at 720p?

You have to be a Twitch partner to get multiple transcode options. If you are not a partner, your stream is broadcast the same way it is uploaded.

I think Twitch recently made a change to their player that always showed "Best" for non-partner streams, whereas before they would show nothing.

Ok, thanks for the reply. I am still getting pretty good quality using Open Broadcaster with Twitch. Although, I am using the 720p settings the image looks fairly compressed. I'm guessing this has to do with x264 CPU preset?
