So I've been having this problem for two months now. I've been going back and forth with emailing Twitch but I haven't received any help from them. It's really just me re-explaining everything and them saying that they don't know what the problem is. (fair)
What happens is that when I try to broadcast with my 32-bit version OBS thinks everything is great but Twitch does not usually receive it. If it does it only lasts for about a minute before it loses the signal. It's also odd how I can stream from my 64-bit with no problems, but if I try to switch to my 32-bit and go back to 64-bit it decides it won't for the night. 64-bit is fine for pc games but I need 32-bit for console streaming (Elgato). Right now the money has been wasted because 32-bit doesn't work for some reason. I've never actually 'crashed' before. My stream just doesn't go 'online'. Since I just received my first random crash I decided to post what I could to see if this might lead to answers.
Another addition is that if I use OBS to stream to another service like connectcast I can stream with no problems. It just seems to have some communication problem with Twitch and nobody has any idea why.
Here's a list of things I've tried doing (multiple times):
Changing and updating my stream key
Uninstalling and reinstalling OBS.
Changing various encoding/advanced settings to what others have recommended.
Disabled/Uninstalled my webcam, capture card, CLR separately to try and identify one of them as the source.
I'm really lost at this point and I hate that I've pretty much wasted all this money on a capture card that I can't use for reasons that nobody can understand. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
