Twitch Log In Not Working

So this is a new problem as I never had this issue logging in from OBS. Everything was fine until I decided to log out and when I try connecting the account again, it just goes on an infinite loop where I put the username and password and then it prompts me to input the code send to my phone number, I put the code in, just goes back to the log in page. I've done this so many times over and over on a loop Twitch now says that I requested too many SMS and I'm locked out for at least 24h according to the help page.

I have an older version of OBS (29.0.2) as it's the only one compatible with the vtuber I'm using at the moment, I understand this might be the issue but I really need this version :(

Has anyone encountered this issue before? What can I do to fix it?

Here's the progress, I uninstalled OBS and deleted everything all profiles and etc and tried again. Same problem. Yesterday night, I opened a ticket to twitch telling them about the issue around the same time I posted here. This morning they told me "We have performed some checks and changes for you, and the SMS reception issues should be resolved now." low and behold everything works and I was able to connect my twitch to OBS again. IDK if it will work for you but this was the solution I came up with lol
