Question / Help Twitch laggs with 1024p60

Hello,

i have a rayzon 2700x and 32GB RAM but i cant stream with 1024p60 only 720p60. Is the CPU to low for this Option?

The CPU is only 30-40% in use but only 4 Cores are on 100%. I play HOTS on the same pc. Can the CPU not use all Cores for Streaming?

I hope you can help me. Thanks and sorry for my english :/
