Question / Help twitch freezing every 5-8 seconds

I love OBS, but when I stream (Twitch) it freezes about every 5-8th second for 1-3 seconds. I've tried almost everything; searched the forum, google, tried different bitrates etc. and I still can't find the problem. I have a good computer and a very good internet connection.

You need to disable Aero if you are going to use Monitor capture, or else your performance will be horrible. If you want to keep Aero enabled, use Window capture instead.

Yes, my in-game performance gets more "clear", but the freeze on stream still occurs :/
And that's what my real problem is...

theres something pretty wrong with your system ... you shouldnt have so many late frames and such a high render time with that system


also its not really recommended to use a bitrate over 3500 for 720@60 2500-3000 is usually already pretty damn good
