Hello, I've just started streaming Dota 2 on Twitch.

I've noticed that the stream feels laggy, it just doesn't feel smooth like the in game FPS.

Can someone please help me optimize the setting so i could improve the stream quality?

Thanks in advance.

The stream seems to be performing well enough. Perhaps it's the VOD player that's making it look strange?

The stream is only 30fps, so it won't look as smooth as 60fps you might be getting in-game.

Okay thank you, I'll try to up the FPS to 60 and see if it would improve.

Also, is it natural to have a delay from OBS to twitch without setting up the stream delay feature? I'm getting a 30 sec delay or so from in-game action to the stream.

Thank you,

30 second stream delay sounds very wrong -- it should be only 3-6 seconds maximum.

I wasn't suggesting you should stream at 60fps, just that you shouldn't expect the frame rate to be as high on stream as it is in-game. 30fps is a pretty normal stream frame rate, and 60fps can tax some CPUs more than they can handle.
